Our story

Hi! We’re Teo and Natalie — the team behind Whatcom Event Rentals.

Teo was born in Bellingham, Washington and graduated from Burlington-Edison High School before heading to the University of Washington. Natalie was raised in Lake Stevens and also graduated from UW, where our paths crossed and everything started to fall into place.

After college, we found ourselves spending more time back home — reconnecting with our roots and realizing how special this community is. From weddings in backyard gardens to celebrations in the middle of wide-open fields, we saw how much people in this area care about creating memorable moments. But we also noticed something was missing: stylish, reliable rentals that matched the beauty of the occasion.
